"Internet was ok. Property is old so the steam pipes were making noises at night. Heater is at a constant temperature so if it's too hot you need to open the window slightly. Otherwise excellent location, times square is steps away. Easy access to public transit services."

"This room was the worst ever for the price the heat was not working and I asked them to fix the first night and I left the door unlocked for them they never came it was 25 degrees that night so imagine It WAS SO COLD then it was so many mold and mildew in the tub the tables had crack in the the room was tiny and the view was directly in the back of building horrible all horrible for 500$ for two nights was crazy"

"This hotel was perfect for my family! We stayed in the family suite which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and has a bar/restaurant and an adorable French bakery next door. The staff were very friendly. The elevators are very small and old, but other than that, it’s a great NYC hotel! "
