All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the property is up a flight of stairs and behing a secure door which made it quiet and away from street noise and the extra doors made it feel safe. The main patio area adds that extra bit of charm and character to the property. The only downsides me and my husband felt would have been the bed and shower, we always find it hard to find comfortable beds on holidays so we expected a bit of uncomfortablity and the shower was a bit small and the shower head was a bit broken but we made it work. Overall those were small things to us and we really enjoyed staying here. It was very close and walkable to alot of major sites and amazing restaurants. Would recommend staying here

Our room was big and cool through the good air conditioner but the hotel itself was very old, also our shower and the metal parts of it were loose and fell on our first day. We told it immediately to the hotel owner but only after contacting Expedia it was fixed by the staff. Also the bed was made only one time of the week and our towels were not changed throughout the whole stay. The breakfast choice was very small. The wifi didn't work and was also just fixed after contacting Expedia. For another time in Sicily I think there are better hotels than this one.

The suite was amazing and larger than many appartments I have lived in. It was very clean and fresh smelling with separate bedroom, lounge area and private WC (with separate bidet) / shower / wash basin. The lounge and bedrrom each had their own small balconies looking on to an enclosed courtyard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bit if noise from within building as hotel is part of a block of houses from what I coyld work out, but quietened diwn later in the evening. Very handy for the mai railway and bus stations which are basically just across the road and around the corner. The airport buses drop off and leave from there. There is a small Todis supermarket close by and a larger Lidl suprrmarket in the nearby main thoroughfare Via Roma. Also very central for visiting the main sights in the historic centre. As mentioned in other reviews, surrounding area is a bit tatty and dirty with litter everywhere, but from what I could see that applies everywhere in Palermo.

Owner was very helpful, from transportation to providing detailed information on key places to visit in the area, with directions/map on how to get to them. Walking distance to wonderful shopping, dining, bars, local markets, historical sites and more. Highly recommend.

Miellyttävä kokonaisuus. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Pienemmät huoneet hieman askeettisia (yhden ja kahden hengen huoneet), mutta niissä kaikki tarvittava ja hyvät vuoteet. Kylpyhuoneet tilavat. Hieman putket huutaa. Äänieristys voisi olla vähän parempi, mutta jos hiljaiset asukkaat viereisessä huoneessa ei häiritse. Sisäpiha ja oleskelualue miellyttävä. Aamiaishuone ja aamiainen hyvät. Ulkopuolella lähialue vähän nuhjuinen, mutta tyypillistä Palermoa. Stazione Centrale lähellä, ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde. Sviitit tilavia.

Billederne afspejler ikke virkeligheden - det er mere slidt end antaget. Vi fik værelse i det fjerneste hjørne af stedet, hvilket var ret dunkelt og lidt uhyggeligt. Derudover skal være man opmærksom på at stedet er en del af et større kompleks, hvor folk kommer og går til deres hjem, når som helst og derfor kan larme en del om natten - man kan høre alt. Toilettet var ikke rengjort, og vi fandt hår på sengelagenet. Morgenmaden var trist. Er det virkelig 3 stjernet?

Fuimos una amiga y yo hemos quedado encantadas, la relacion precio calidad excelente. Habitacion enorme, todo limpio y el desayuno sencillo pero con todo. Se encuentra cerca de la estacion, de las paradas de bus mas turisticas y puedes llegar a pie al centro. El mobiliario es cierto que es un poco antiguo pero si buscas algo limpio, confortable y bien comunicado, este es tu hotel. La atencion tambien buenisima.

fantastico weekend

Abbiamo trovato un luogo accogliente, pulito e organizzato. La suite è davvero spaziosa , pulita ed accogliente, ideale per una famiglia. La colazione è servita nella stanza accanto, proprio come se si fosse in famiglia. la stanza è un po' rumorosa e si sentono le persone che dialogano o attraversano il corridoio ma nel complesso l'esperienza è stata favolosa. I proprietari sono conviviali e molto gentili. La colazione è abbastanza ricca e varia.

L'albergo ha diverse potenzialità, tuttavia andrebbero rinnovati ad esempio arredi e materassi che erano vetusti e anche non particolarmente puliti. Inoltre per la colazione si può fare molto di più, c'erano poche cose confezionate, che per una città come Palermo ricca di cose buone da mangiare stonava un bel po'. Il personale simpatico e accogliente.
