"Recomiendo el hospedaje en este lugar. La ubicación es inmejorable, en medio de todo. Calidad - precio son acordes. Me contactaron para saber la hora de mi check-in. Y para el check-out me resguardaron mi equipaje sin costo adicional. El lugar es cómodo y espacioso. Solo como punto de mejora podrían cambiar su decoración y hacerla un poco más acogedora. Pero en general el lugar cumple y volvería a hospedarme ahí sin duda alguna. "
"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "
"This property was fantastic. They had valet parking which was super nice to not have to deal with downtown. It is so central to everything in downtown Florence and it was very nice to take quick breaks in the room and cool off. 10/10 would recommend and can’t speak highly enough about our experience!"

"We loved everything about this hotel! The stunning room, the beauty, the breakfast, the drinks, the spa & the kindness of every staff member we spoke to! Everyone went completely above and beyond to make sure our visit was the absolute best!
We have travelled quite a bit & I would honestly say this is one of, if not the, top hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bed & the pillows are a great test of a good hotel, and believe me, they did not disappoint!
