This hotel was perfect! The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Florence right next to Ufizi gallery. Clean room with lots of character, air conditioning, and very attentive and responsive staff. Very smooth stay all around, will definitely be back!

The only downfall of this property aside from the beds and pillows being very firm was that there is a bar/nightclub across the street which had people outside talking loudly until about 4 am. They give you earplugs…they came in handy.

The room was clean and comfortable for our brief stay. It was located away from the tourist crowds but in a good location that it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff was helpful with the checking and check out process. They let us store our bags while we went out to explore a little more before it was time for us to depart the city. We would recommend!
