"Excellent stay! I only stayed for one night, but everything was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed in a magical Harry Potter style, which made the whole experience really unique and fun. "The room was clean and tidy with decent toiletries. Check in was very smooth and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. There isn’t much nearby the hotel but it is a 7min taxi ride to the metro station or 20/25 min walk. Overall I would rate our stay as 4/5. The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. They also recommended great local spots like Ristorante Passone. Highly recommended for both the views and the top-tier service!"
