"Breakfast supposed to be included, the owners son cooked food all night long just to tell us that there was no breakfast and the food was for sale by the kilo. Lots of construction blocking the view shown in the pictures. Bathroom door it was a see trough. I went there with my family, and it was horrible to cover our heads every time someone needs to use the bathroom or take a shower. 0 privacy. Not coming back ever."

"Fiesta inn is one of the best hotel in Chetumal. Since 12 years i stay in this hotel when i travel to Chetumal. The staff are very helpful and they are exellent. But this hotel needs renovation. The rooms are ok ."

"Everything was ok. Check-in ok. Not early but not late. Room ok. Quiet. Convenient location. Wish that the pool stayed open a bit longer. 20:00 closure seems early for adults especially when there were 0 kids staying there. :( Amenities ok. Breakfast ok. Parking very convenient. Check out ok."

"Quick and easy check-in. front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and walking distance to what we needed. We were able to walk to the pier the next day with all our luggage."
