"Nice hotel, nice people, very well situated for trips to the cathedral, museums and small shops in the historic district. The hotel was a little noisy at night, but it is in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the roof was beautiful, looking out to the virgin statue and the basilica and the surrounding mountains."

The hotel is so charming and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, spoke fluent English and provided exceptional service. Our room had a great view of the Virgin Mary and the beautiful mountain surrounding Quito. Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to order and they even personalize our plates. Check in and out was a breeze. They have a rooftop bar with awesome views and it is also where breakfast is served. We would highly recommend staying here. A big shout out to Yale and the rest of the front desk staff as well as the chefs for making this a memorable stay."
