Reverie Siam Resort is wonderful - the whole property looks exactly like all the images we saw online. All staff member from valet to check in to restaurant and housekeeping were top notch. Breakfast inclusive is like a gift with a nice array of pastries and fruits, and choice of main, and excellent coffee. Rooms are nicely appointed, with vintage decorative motifs throughout resort. Pai is the best gateway to the Mae Hong Son loop, being 3 hours from Chiangmai airport. Arrive early so you can enjoy the property. Only regret is we didn't book 2 nights!

Booked reverie as a special treat for our daughter ans her husband for Her birthday. My husband and I have stayed here ans absolutely love the place. One of the best in pai! Beautiful gardens and ambiance. Breakfast with the room is very special. Nanny ans Joy were more than accommodating at helping me arrange a beautiful Birthday surprise in decorating the room. All the staff was great! Highly recommend this reverie Siam!

Fantastic Place
I’m stay here one night just only 10hrs. but feel so welcoming from every staff with great service & smile. Room was very clean, cozy & comfort. Surrounding atmosphere was also calm & beautiful. If i go to Pai again, i will choose to stay here for sure.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything about it is amazing-the relaxing bar and restaurant, the tranquil riverside setting, the two lovely pools and the gorgeous rooms. The view from the balcony to the mountains and White Buddha was spectacular. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even remembering your name and dining preferences. The breakfast was delicious and made a welcome change from the busy crowded buffets of other hotels. We ate at the restaurant one evening and had the afternoon tea, both were excellent. The shuttle into Pai is very useful and seems to run whenever you want it. We used it every day but always walked back as it only took 15 minutes and was a pleasant stroll. My only regret is that the hotel is not adults only-other people's young children screaming in the pool under your balcony rather ruins the peacefulness!

Unique Experience
This place was incredible! Best place I’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail and service made the stay unique. The pools, restaurant, and well tailored gardens made feel like I never wanted to leave. The antique, old-timey, yet well fashioned decor made me feel like I was living in another time with the most exquisite amenities. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.

Nice resort with fantastic tour arrangements
The location and the room was amazing. They have a suberb restaurant with breath taking garden view but... it was a pity that they were serving only Mediterranean food and no THAI menu at all. However the chef was kind enough to whip up a few simple Thai dishes upon our request. We tried their breakfast and dinner Mediterranean menu and all we can say is that it’s just average standard. Overall this hotel gave us the impression that they were more Caucasian friendly and decision to go only Mediterranean food was a big let down as I am very sure that travelers coming all the way to Pai would expecting some good Thai food.

This hotel is an oasis in Pai. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast/restaurant is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. We loved staying at this hotel during our time in Pai... There is a free shuttle to/from the city every half-hour, so the location is perfect. Hidden away, but very easily assessable to whatever you want. We were also able to book day trips directly through the hotel (at great rates for non-group outings) which helped make our time in Pai even more relaxing... I highly recommend spending one evening at the hotel restaurant and enjoy a cocktail (or two, because they're very tasty). They often have live music at night, as well! If you have the opportunity to stay here, I would definitely recommend the Reverie. Out of many hotel experiences, we will not forget out stay here. :)

Excellent hotel in Pai
I like the hotel very much after staying two nights in other hotels in Pai. What a treat for myself! The room is absolutely amazing with a very comfortable bed. I love the patio which I can just sit outside and chill. The staff are courteous and speak very good English. I haven't got the chance to get into the pools but they look really lovely. I spent some time just sitting at the bar in the afternoon where there's no one and it's so peaceful and quiet overlooking the river.

French colonial theme
This establishment seems to have been deliberately designed to give an old-fashioned, maybe French colonial feel to it, and largely succeeds. It’s set in peaceful surroundings by the river just outside of Pai itself (there is a free buggy service to and from the town). The amenities are generally good, and the room we had was comfortable, clean, and had a nice view over the swimming pool towards a backdrop of forested hills. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the restaurant a few times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very pricey for Pai. The menu is limited, and concentrates on European food. The quality of the food was OK, but portions are not large. If you’re searching for European food, this a sure option, but for Thai food, you need to get the buggy into Pai. To be picky, the menu had a few spelling mistakes for Italian dishes. Rather surprising given the existence of the Internet and what must have been the cost of printing the menus. The descriptions of some dishes on the menu were not accurate, as we discovered when we asked for more details from the waiter. You need to be careful if you are disabled, as there are a lot of steps throughout the place. We don’t have disabilities, but did notice that it might be a bit of an issue for those who have. All in all, despite the minor comments above, this is a good place to stay if you’re looking for a bit of tranquility while remaining in easy reach of Pai itself.

Such a "Reverie" resort
We did 2 nights in Pai and glad we picked Reverie Siam as our stay. We didn't expect this is such a beautiful, new resort in the countryside. Everywhere are so nicely decorated, well maintained and didn't waste the environment. Pai itself is already a gem in North Thai and "Reverie Siam" is definitely the gem of the gem. Staff are polite and responsible. Our flight to Chiang Mai was delayed 4 hours! but thanks to Leela who kept communicated with us and we relieved from the anxiety and secured a ride picked us from Chiang Mai airport to the resort in almost midnight (3 hours drive in route 1095 and it turned out a safe and comfortable ride). The jacuzzi in bathroom is a surprise and extremely enjoyable. Breakfast in Silhouette is another highlight, a layback atmosphere under mild and warm sunlight (indeed thanks to the nice climate in Jan). Wifi is reliable. The starry night sky that we almost forget. Pai river is just outside our backyard and a step out of the resort we already encountered cows herding in field and such scenery is unforgettable (not mentioned other attractions in Pai). If you are going to Chiang Mai, you should go further to Pai and if possible pay few night there and you will not regret.

I couldn't wait till the end of our stay in order to leave my review. This hotel sets the standard on how a hotel should treat its guests. 1) free rides whenever you want to Pai center 2) the day of departure we need to be at the station very early and the hotel will take us for free even though it is outside their official operating hours 3) they called our room to ask how come we didnt attend the free breakfast...we didnt know it was included for free! so we went right away 4) they offer to prepare us a free breakfast the day of departure since we leave b4 breakfast officially opens. No words can express how impressed and satisfied we are with their service. No wonder it is #1 in Pai in Trip Advisor.

Old decorated hotel with limited facilities room and toilet is big but better to have more lights Pool nearby the room seems not clean enough Yet, the restaurant is so decent and food are delicious. The most appreciated area is staff's friendly attitude and quick response. Besides, good arrangement on pick up and transportation services. I think it is the best choice of resort type hotel in Pai.

a vacation within our vacation!
I expected the Reverie Siam to be nice. However, I was totally charmed from the minute we stepped onto the grounds. The food here was AMAZING! We were eating Mediterranean food, with Argentine wine, with live music... all in the jungly north of Thailand! The older gentleman in charge of the restaurant had a wealth of experience at other five star hotels... and it showed with his graciousness.

Had a wonderful stay at the Reverie Siam. Staff are professional, courteous, and very well trained. The room we stayed in was poolside, comfortable beds, and very clean. Breakfast is included and it was excellent ! You get to choose 2 menu choices and 2 beverage choices. Silhouette restaurant and bar are the best in Pai for food, ambiance, and service. Highly recommend Reverie Siam both for accommodation and dining.
