"Arrived early and were super helpful using the pool and gym and minding bags until a room was ready. Very friendly staff and clean amenities. Positioned well near the water front, I will be staying there again when in Vancouver."

"The hotel has an excellent location. It is walking distance to Stanley Park and very easy access to public transportation. That though is the only positive thing I can say. The hotel was filthy. The room was not made with towels on the floor and beds and made. We told them, and an hour two later the room was made up. That was the only time the cleaning crew came into the room over our four nights stay. They did not make the beds change the linens or the towels. And the towels were so old that they were falling apart. The bathroom was old and dirty. There was dust caked on to the walls. There was a fire door at the top of the stairway with the sign that said for fire protection the door must be closed at all times. I think I saw it closed one time over the four night stay. I was sadly disappointed."

"We booked this hotel because they provided cribs, and it worked for our needs. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated, but overall stay was comfortable for the 1 night we needed. Within easily walking distance to many dining options!"

"Small hotel in a great location on Burrard Street. Rooms were spacious and very well equipped with kettle, hairdryer, iron. Beds very comfortable. Hotel Burrard was in a perfect spot to access all parts of the city, close to Big Red Bus stop and plentiful restaurants, bars, shops nearby. Appreciated the snack trolley in reception where you could get Mocktails, crisps etc. Would highly recommend this place and price was very reasonable compared to other properties in the same area"

"Basically just used the hotel as a place to sleep before going to the airport the following day. Staff were friendly but our room was pretty rundown and the windows were super dirty with handprints and what looked like a child had licked/drooled all over them. The hotel was definitely overpriced for value."

"The room was clean and comfortable, quiet too. Wonderful staff from the front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant. Our meals in the restaurant were excellent. Looking forward to returning to Granville Island Hotel."
