"Location is good. Near to MRT station. However, nearby do not have many shops. Just 1 Family Mart that is 10mins walking distance. More like business hotel. Only 1 restaurant called Japoli. Their service stuff can be forgetful. Less helpful . No proper introduction even when mentioned first time visit to the hotel and restaurant. But I do like the food selections"

"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"

"Staff was amazing, cleaned the room as if they were my mother. Clothes folded, dangling charging cables tidied up, shoes and slippers all arranged neatly. Even my teeth retainers I left in the cup with cleaning solution, they covered with a napkin. Laundry machine conveniently available, and room was very clean and bright"
