"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

"Window in room broken with a hole in the pane of glass. Shower poor. Wallpaper falling off. Reported tv not working. Staff just shrugged and said nothing they could do. Shower looks like it’s recently been leaking and not repaired properly. Paint all over the carpets. Food was mediocre. Bar person was friendly and good at her job."

"The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay."

"Very easy to find the property, easy self check in instructions. Great recommendations given for near by places for food and drink. Clean room and comfy bed. Only down point to the room is a floor piece trim could be put down between bedroom and bathroom due to the different height of flooring it’s a toe stubber opportunity. "Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s become the preferred option for visiting friends who live nearby in Oxford. It’s recently renovated, super clean and very comfortable. It’s self checkin but lots of comms from staff and a very straightforward process. Also found staff to be very responsive when messaging to arrange a late checkout.
