"The beds are comfortable. The toiletries are of good quality. However, the bathroom was long and narrow. Not easy to use also in summer, have to draw close the heavy curtains as the sun shines right into the room. A trade off as there is no air con and needed the windows to be open"

"We had to change rooms because the lights wouldn't turn off in our first room. Upon moving to another room, the staff had to unscrew a few bulbs to make things work...shower was good & beds were comfortable Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice...overall a good stay except for the light switch issues"

"We had such a lovely stay at this clean and friendly hotel. Breakfast was superb and the staff amazing. The hotel is ideally situated with free car parking and a few minutes walk to the bus stop where regular buses took you into Oxford. We dined in the restaurant of an evening and had well cooked meals. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again."
