"Everything was great - except for check out. Had to ask a second time to not be charged for breakfast morning of departure and cab ordered didn’t show / staff had to be pushed to help me.
After a really nice stay the exit experience fell far short of expectations."
"I love this hotel. My parents had their wedding reception there in 1943. The tea in Alice's was perfection, and my room was out of a Beatrix Potter storybook. Registration staff was so welcoming with big smiles. The hotel is beautifully decorated and sports the cutest little elevator. It is spotless, everywhere. I love this place!"
