"I glad even breakfast issues have been rectified so quickly by the management team of the hotel as yesterday it morning the service was poor. Today what a great turnaround by changing staff service was outstanding. All staff was amazing helpful polite topping of items were excellent. All the staff was working very hardworking, even receptionist was helping out in dining area . Veronica one Eastern European lady did not stop through out her shift unlike yesterday staff who was not interested in their work not bothered in any kind of customer service. This morning was totally opposite to yesterday morning. We were all very impressed with all the staff . Even manager was looking after everything in front & dining area she was very good always smiling friendly with all customers. We like to says to alll the management and staff a very good thank you for excellent customer service. Well done. I rate today experience as 5 stars . No improvement is needed now . Well done everyone 👍"

"Smart, comfortable room. Lovely lighting choices, black out curtains. Main bed & sofa bed, very comfortable. Smelt very clean. Tea and other choices of drink, including biscuits. We could adjust heating of the room to our liking. Lovely spa facilities to make use of including pool, jacuzzi, steam & sauna room. Dinner and breakfast options fabulous. Tasty and well presented. Loads of parking in the grounds of the hotel. Wasnt aware of parking charge of £25 for one night, until after I booked."

"This was the third hotel we stayed at in Oxford, and it was by far the best. From the moment we arrived, with a clearly marked parking space ready for us, the service was attentive and helpful throughout our brief stay. The interior décor blends classic elegance with modern touches, including some beautiful contemporary paintings. Our room had a wonderfully comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a breathtaking view over the High Street and the University Church of St Mary the Virgin. If it weren’t for the modern traffic below, it would have felt like stepping back in time. While it was windy and dark outside, the hotel’s warm, peaceful atmosphere made us feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast in The Quad Restaurant was excellent – a perfect way to start the day. A truly great hotel that we would be happy to return to. "
