"A bit outdated but for a night or two is perfect. Very clean and kept. Counter person was friendly and courteous. Cable tv is satellite I believe so it’s glitchy and non smart tv. Bed was okay, pillows are lumpy and not very comfy but for the price, you can’t go wrong! "

"Rooms where dark, and you heard every door slam at all hours, people talking all out in the hallway. Bathroom tub faucet leaked all night i put a few towels in tub to stop the noise. Food in the restaurant was very good."

"The room was not clean... dirty sheets and pillow case dirty towels....not recommendable. Place needs a upgrade.Ants took over my suit case AC filters dirty..just was horrible the advertisement fooled alot of people....it a motel but could be maintained way better"

"clean room, night staff Kia was accommodating, melody day staff was very nice, however Colis came to me room demanded to be let in and made me as a single female in the room feel very uncomfortable and unsafe spoke to management and She appeared more annoyed that i said anything to her then worried about the problem."

"One of the workers at the desk was horrible. She doesn’t know say hi, no eye contacts, I requested the room not next to the elevator, but she gave me right next to the elevator without saying any words, so I had to go downstairs to change my room then she said I need to pay more. I’ ve been traveling for 30years. I’ve never had that kind of experience. It’s hard to believe that kind of person is working at the hotel desk ."

"We arrived late in the evening after a nearly 4-hour technical flight issue delay on a long international flight. We booked the hotel assuming it was a quick & easy walk. We were confronted with huge signs stating pedestrian access was not possible and to use the shuttle service. Unfortunately, we had to search for more than 10 minutes just to find the tiny sign indicating the shuttle location (on the huge sign couldn't they have said WHERE to catch the shuttle?). We waited more than 30 minutes in the freezing cold, calling the hotel repeatedly, asking for the shuttle, only to get a recorded message that shuttles runs every 15-20 minutes. When we tried to reach the front desk by phone, it just rang & rang. When, after nearly an hour, arrived at check-in and asked about the shuttle delay, they dismissed & gaslighted us. Shocking. I tried to let it go. When we arrived to our room (exhausted after long flight & delays) we were shocked to find they put us in the wrong room class. We booked a king bed room and got a double. Back to reception and the terrible front desk staff just to be gaslighted once again - of course it wasn't their fault, it was the way we booked. Our booking confirmation clearly stated king room. They reluctantly, like it was a big favor, put us in king room. More issues with the morning shuttle as well. Thought this would be an easy way to layover (since Newark airport CLOSES at 9:00 PM) but we were WRONG. Never again. Terrible experience from start to end. "
