"Great room, we requested an early check-in last minute and the staff kindly offered to do what they could. We were able to check in within the hour! I’d recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at Koena based on the indoor spa access that allows you to go between your room and the spa throughout the day. (Bonus: the entire building smells like essential oils), plus, the 12pm check-out is rare in Ottawa and lets you soak up every second. I cant wait to go back! "
