"We have stayed here 4 times. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant is good and breakfast has everything you could want. Shuttle to/from the airport is reliable and free. I see no reason to stay anywhere else when travelling through Quito to Galapagos."

"Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses."

"Only stayed one night. Free airport shuttle was excellent! Driver waiting for me with my name printed on a sign. Had to go back to airport very early next day. It was too early for breakfast, so they provided a lunch box at no extra charge. Beautiful property. Great stay!"
