"Friendly place, from all of the staff in each area to the shops and bits just outside the hotel. Made to feel welcome. Ideal place for Disney. A free shuttle bus for the guests. "Great location for a trip to Disney. Only a short Bolt/Uber ride away. We arrived late our first night and the owner still made us pizzas despite the kitchen closing just before. Really kind staff. Kids loved the park and the slide and pool area looked great. Didn’t use all the facilities as we just used as a base for Disney really. The reception shop was pretty basic but there was a Boxy convenience shop just 2 mins walk away. Looked like the site was undergoing quite a lot of improvements...

"Easy access to Metro for getting around Paris. We bought 5 day metro passes which were excellent value. The hotel was easy to find , clean and comfortable. We had a usable little kitchen with fridge , ceramic hotplate and dishwasher . There was a small supermarket nextdoor which we used for some provisions .Only negative was the air con on went down to 19 c and with the heat outside at above 25c it struggled to keep the room cool. Overall as a base to tour Paris it was well worth the money."

"The staff on the cocktail lounge seem indifferent to guests . You can enter sit down and no one waits on you, and you have to go to the bar to place your order. The staff seems to spend an inordinate amount of time chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I spent 21 years running a hotel in the US and always trained my staff to focus on guests first. I stay at the Ibis because of its convenience to the airport.
