Scenic Hotel Southern Cross
This is a wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the staff on check in. We arrived after 2pm, check in was 2pm, and the room wasn't ready. We sat in the foyer for almost an hour then when I approached the Duty Manager he me told the room had been ready for awhile. Clearly they hadn't noted ...

Unit was spotless, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, allowed us to park early and check in early. This place is very well managed and operated, would highly recommend to others. Only downside was the pillows, but everything else was great
