The room was clean and the staff were very courteous but the room lack basic amenities like iron and ironing board ( even though I requested for one I never got it ) Also the bath towels were very worn out and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom .

Staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. I would recommend to anybody looking for a place in Accra. It’s conveniently located right in the heart of Osu and the amenities are great.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. My room is clean my biggest issue is that a lot of the plugs in my room did not work and the TV remote also did not work.
