"Lobby is on the 9th Floor. It sometimes took 2 elevators to get there but once at the lobby, the access to another elevator to our room was easy. Elevator service was quick. Lobby was spacious with stations for general amenities to support needs the hotel provides. Baggage transfer from another hotel went perfectly. Room was clean and nice, small but not difficult to move around. Beds were touching, pushed together to allow for walking space on the outsides and for nightstands with a safe. Good windows for viewing the outside. Open closet, desk, refrigerator, glass cups but no complimentary water bottles offered. WC closet in separate room from shower/tub and sink/light in separate room also, convenient for multiple persons in the room to get ready. Lighting poor for applying make-up. Good location near train station and shops/multiple food outlets."
"Beautiful hotel at a great price. We booked a 'superior room' which was quite a bit bigger and nicer than the other rooms we had on our trip to Japan. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice and big and full of great amenities. We really loved the fact that there was a 7/11 on the 4th floor, super convenient. We also used their laundry room which had plenty of machines that were reasonably priced. It was definitely our favorite hotel of the three we stayed at on that trip. I will be booking there again next time we go."
"Stayed on the 31st floor and the view was amazing. It’s clean and the staff were very helpful. It’s a great location too being right at dotonbori and on top of Namba station. The only criticism I have is having to take two entirely separate elevators to get to my room but that is minimal"
"The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the attention to detail with how items were laid out and hidden in plain site. We were also able to move the beds to make the room better for our needs. We found the room spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the city, from our room on the 29th floor, was amazing. The spa was magical. You are provided water, fridge, slippers, pj's,body scrub and great quality shampoos, conditioner and lotion.
The room has an open concept plan where you can block the visibility into the shower. My one complaint is the shower is only blocked on one side and you enter the room via the closet/bathroom, leaving the shower/person exposed. I would definitely book this hotel again. Just be mindful of bathroom limitations regarding who you travel with."
"This was our favorite hotel of our trip. We had a great time here! We loved the room, amenities, and especially the shower. The rooms were clean, the beds were clean, and breakfast was awesome (also our favorite of the trip). There was a few nights the bar downstairs was lively with performers and good drinks.
The hotel is a decent walk (~30 - 40 minutes) to any shopping (Chuo ward/Dotonbori) or dining. There is a train station right next to the hotel if walking isn't your thing, and makes it really easy to travel to and from.
Everything closed really early near the hotel itself. We found a few spots close by that were very good and low priced (some told us we were the first visitors they had from the US). There is a family mart right under the hotel so late night snacks are easy.
Again it was our favorite stay of the trip, plenty of walking, sightseeing, and easy transportation (Osaka Castle is a short walk as well). We will definitely stay again."
