Staff are wonderful. Room is comfortable, however, bed is hard. Bathroom is decent though shower water flow was a little sensitive. Breakfast is delicious though can have a little more variety of dishes.
Very simple conveniently located hotel.
Staff were very polite and helpful.
Breakfast was nice and nothing to complain about for the price.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
This is a cheap budget hotel but with tourist prices. The location is excellent, right in the heart of shinsekai. The staff are lukewarm in their response and seems like they need some training in customer service. The tiny elevator is a nightmare at peak times.
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough. It was kind of loud in our room from noise from other guests. I really liked the big bath, but the lack of space in the bathroom made it hard to wash my face and do my makeup. Things kept falling in the floor or almost going in the toilet. Make sure you close the toilet if you're at the sink. The beds are really hard and not good for side sleepers. The breakfast was just ok. Good for business or quick overnight.
My only complaint is about the pillows which were so uncomfortable and plain weird making for poor sleep and sore necks. Great location price and staff but bring your own pillow!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I stayed there for four nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the Sinsekai, a few minutes from Tsutenkaku tower. It's about 30 mins from Shin Osaka station but not too far from Dotonbori. I wished they had not quit driving breakfast buffet. They only servers rice balls same soups. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Proximity to touristy night area and short walk to subway station
Sad part was we were two adults and a child but they only gave us two sets of towels and wanted to charge us extra for the child shower towel saying something about the child is staying complementary to the room.
We stayed for a holiday (first time in Japan) in early April. I loved the breakfast options including noodles! The staff were lovely and let us keep our bags in the lobby before our flight. The room and bathroom were clean, the hotel felt safe and the local area was very well connected by train. I loved being so close to shops and attractions like Tsutenkaku tower and we could even walk to Dotonburi (which looked incredible lit up at night).
