"Easy checkin, clean room, great staff. Location is across the street from USJ, part of the CityWalk. Train station is just outside the hotel, next to CityWalk."

"Staff did not clean room properly, no replacement of lotion and empty bottles. Small rooms. The dark shades were not very dark. Greta view though. The staff here is arrogant and rude overall. The onsen is really nice upstairs. The buffet is terrible. They serve same food they did for dinner next day for lunch. Overall it’s an expensive hotel and supposed to be five stars but it felt more like 3 stars. I wouldn’t recommend, not worth the value. "
