KOKO Hotal Osaka Shinsaibashi is excellent. Rooms are big for Japanese city standards, the location is fantastic (very close to restaurants -- there is a Krispy Creme 2 minutes walking distance which is quite nice, a Wagyu cozy restaurant literally across the street, various convenience stores nearby, Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping street and subway station less than 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel restaurant is nice with a very affordable breakfast (it was 1,980 yen when I was there). Very nice reception area. Definitely recommend.
