This was a great location for us since we wanted to be close to the events center. Grocery shopping and food options nearby. The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable! The pool and commons areas were great. We were able to walk around the property in the evening; nice family vibe. Our host was kind and responsive. This space would be great for a family or group of friends traveling, too!

Our biggest complaint here was the tv and the sliding door. The tv did not work. And the sliding door was very difficult to open. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The air resets to 78 degrees all if the time. You have to continually reset it. 2 adults and 1 child had plenty of room. Would stay again.

Nice and quiet respite for theme park vacay

Wanted a quiet affordable place away from theme parks with a full kitchen and pool. Under 30 mins to Universal and 20 to Disney. Having teenagers- It was nice for our family of 4 to have separate rooms. The decor and upkeep was nice. I would give cleanliness an 8/9 and exterior/surounding property a 7/8 out of 10. The mattresses were much too firm for our liking. The owner was pleasant with good communication. We would stay again.

Great location and stay

Overall, the townhouse met our needs and was VERY clean and we were satisfied with our visit. I would like to say that I DID get my security deposit back for anyone worried about that. Overall I would give this stay a 9/10. You are about 5 minutes from the Osceola Heritage. However, the beds were like sleeping on concrete, the headboards were loose/very noisy, and there was only one blanket for 3 beds. The cable didn't work and the tv was half dark. You can only turn the air down to 71 and it stays like that for 2 hours. The property owner has it locked to return back to 78. We were coming back from a hot music festival, so we were looking forward to cool air. Had to wait for the temp adjustment each time.

Loved it here!

My family and I loved our stay here! It was quiet, safe, clean, and convenient. The owner was very kind and qelcoming, and gave us all the information we needed, and more, before we arrived. I hope we can stay here again in the future.

What a find! Our trip took a sudden detour due to Spirit Airlines cancelled our flight and NOT rescheduling for 3 days. It was all last minute but the owner was very accommodating. The place was very clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was provided, even things we hadn't considered (pool toys). Security deposit returned in FULL and immediately. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

The townhouse is beautiful and is stocked with a lot more than other places i've been. It had games and water guns. Extra towels and blankets. Very clean. The only thing I didn't like and it was a big one for me. We booked 12 days. The 1st night we checked in and relaxed. The 2nd day my daughter (who we haven't seen in over a year and the reason for our vacation) wanted to stay with us. The 3rd night, she wanted to stay again with her friend. That same night my uncle and cousin came over and we had a few drinks and they decided to stay overnight as to not drink and drive. The very next morning, I get messages from the owner asking why there were 2 guys leaving the townhouse at 5am that morning. Nothing like invasion of privacy. I explained the situation and she then came at me about my daughter and her cousin staying the night as well. Now mind you, this was only the 3rd night we were there. She then basically threatened to charge me more if anyone else stayed the night. This ruined my whole vacation for me and made me feel like we were being watched every time we opened the front door. None of my family members wanted to come over and hang out and we didn't really want them over either in fear of losing our deposit over a spying owner. Like I said, the place was beautiful but with all the restrictions and rules and regulations (which aren't told to you until you book your non-refundable stay), I would never stay here again.

Just what we needed!

It was perfect for what my family needed at a very difficult time. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious. If we're ever back in the Orlando area, Peaceful Townhouse will be my first choice for accommodations.

Our family of 5 stayed in the townhouse for 3 nights during an event at Silver Spurs Arena in January 2020 (4 min drive).The house was extremely clean and had all of the amenities of home. High quality linens and pillows. Plenty of extra dishes and small appliances in kitchen. Check in and out was very easy. The owner checked in on us and made things very convenient and comfortable. Great communication. We arrived almost 2 hours early and were able to easily check in without issue. The neighborhood and clubhouse/pool area were quiet, clean, and well kept. Very comfortable accommodations for a party of 6-8. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Definitely recommend.
