Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Broken glass all over the back floor near the pool of our property. I messaged Nova about it & got no response. Towels & bedding were all dirty. We had to purchase laundry detergent to wash everything. Terrible stay & experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
