The house itself was really nice. I didn't like that i spent most of my trip on the phone about the pool heating service that i requested and paid for bot never received, by day 3 requested my money back and to get a phone to discuss the issue and got nothing back. What also was confusing to me was on day 4 they sent someone out to clean the pool which hqd not been used because the water was cold the entire stay. As nice as the house was i would never book this property again. If you dont have a problem with the pool being cold then this would work for you. I wanted the water warm/hot for therapy.

The property was nice just lacked enough seating especially for a house with 5 bedrooms. The community pool is nice but you can’t bring anything to drink with you at all, not even water so it is inconvenient to drive there and leave. Food and drinks are good but expensive as expected. I’m glad there was a small pool on the property so you don’t have to drive. Other than that it was nice and very safe.

Boa estadia

A casa é nova e bem limpa. Por ser nova tivemos dificuldades com as entregas dos produtos adquiridos pela internet, alguns entregadores não localizaram. Os dados da localização quando inseridos no GPS, levam até um portão de saída de emergência do condomínio, a portaria tem outra localização. Ficamos 14 noites. e penso que as roupas de cama e banho, embora boas, eram insuficientes, tinha apenas uma toalha por hospede e não havia jogo de cama para substituir, assim tínhamos que lavar e secar as toalhas e lençóis antes de sair da para os parques, para que estivessem limpas quando retornássemos. A casa é muito agradável, as camas são de boa qualidade, os utensílios de cozinhas são suficientes. O tempo mínimo até os parques foi de 25 min com trânsito tranquilo, cerca de 14 milhas. Foi uma boa estadia.
