Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
The pools were great and pretty clean. Especially the "Adult only" pool. However, the waterpark was not included and was an additional $25 per person, per day. This was not conveyed to me when we booked. Our room had much wear and tear but served its purpose. The cleaning staff never once came and ...
