People were doing drugs at the property, a lot of insects in the rooms and even on the outside of the property
The plumbing was terrible toilet didn’t work and the bath tub was unfinished (led paint chips )
The room smelled terribly !

Property is in terrible condition. Toilets barely flushed and shower wouldn’t drain properly. Windows in room leaked when it rained.

Hello unfortunately I was 1st assigned a room where the tv was not showing any picture on screen but was heard, I went to the front desk associate and addressed the issue and was told it would be addressed immediately.. 3 hours later no response… after going back to the front I was later then told I could either continue to either wait or change room, I later went a switch to another room

The check in went quick but the rooms where not up to code.
The bathroom tub wouldn't drain properly. The rack in the bedroom fell down and even though i told the front desk they never came fo fix it.
The room smelled horrible and the towels weren't clean.

Impeccable customer service! I believe her name was Julia at the front desk when I checked into my 1-night stay. She was extremely nice and sweet considering my check-in was later in the day. The room was decently exceptional for what it was worth and for what I needed. I definitely recommend staying here if you're a simple person that doesn't need the top-notch amenities for a 1-2 night stay!

Location was amazing and staff was generally friendly. However, the room was the most terrible room I have ever stayed in - fleas on my bed, stained towels even after I requested for new clean ones, flooding in the room when I woke up. Overall musty smell and damp room, room in bad condition. But at least the bed was clean.

Stayed there for two nights, the room was humid and smelled as though the windows were never opened. Obviously only spot cleaned, you can see thick dust in some areas. Paint peeling off in some areas. Sheets were stained so we asked to be given a new set. The staff obliged and it is the reason why I rated the hotel with two stars. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
It does it’s job if you only use it to sleep there as it’s one of the less expensive hotels in the area (prices are obviously high because of the amusement parks).
