"Property under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . Needed two or three staff in my opinion. Aside from thay excellent. Thank you. I will be back."
"We were travelling from Norwich to Chippenham for a funeral. We stayed overnight at this hotel and we recommend it it totally - great staff, great room, a bar to have a drink before we turned in. Next morning, a well cooked breakfast with plenty of choice - the whole stay met our needs perfectly"

"It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. "Great place to stay extremely polite and helpful staff.
Breakfast was a lovely experience too.
If i had to find a minus point it would be no black out blinds or curtauns in the rooms so as soon as the sun came up the venetian blinds hid nothing, but im just clutching at straws here.
Great base for our Cotswolds weekend. Thank you Cricklade House!"
