The service at the front desk was excellent, when we informed them that we had an early start to go the airport the accommodated us with a breakfast box of light bites. We loved communicating with Salvatore via WhatsApp, sending him the image of our passports, and receiving very clear check-in/access instructions. It was fun to chat with a few other couples from Austria and Canada while making espresso in the living room!"
