"Large room, large bathroom, comfy bed. I wish the ac worked a little better but everything else was great. Staff is very nice! And breakfast was great. The kids made waffles, they offered eggs, meat, potatoes, bread, bagels, cereals, lots to choose from!"

"The price was great, and room was modern, clean, and really comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. I stayed in three hotels during this trip, and this one was the best without doubt. I’m really picky about small details like how good are the shampoo and conditioner, and how easy are they to use, and are the corners or grout in the shower clean, are there convenient device charging options by the bed, and the Hyatt was flawless. If I had to find an issue, it would be that the tv wasn’t really a smart tv. It would have been a hassle to stream from my own accounts, and live tv wasn’t great. But that’s really stretching to find something to complain about when I can watch what I want on my laptop. Room service would have also been lovely, but the second floor bar and restaurant were great and easy to take to-go. Absolutely would stay again or recommend to friends and family."

"The property is nice and quiet right by the water.The room was nice and clean but the description says restaurant and bar grill and had none of that stuff that is described on the app.I guess that’s why it wasn’t busy but overall we enjoyed it"

"Read some of the negative reviews about loud music and yes there were earplugs on the nightstand. We didn’t need them Labor Day weekend. Street noise but nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. We stayed in a balcony king on the 4th floor facing the square. There appeared to be an issue with water on the other balconies and the roofing seemed to be sagging. The hotel parking lot is $24/day. The garage across the street is $14. The hotel had only one disabled parking space and it was never vacant; I think one of the employees parked there. The hotel is in a great location , walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and I will stay again."
