"We arrived at the location after our check-in time we were unable to gain access to the property as the phone number that was listed on the gate did not work and got no answer. The caretaker on the property had no idea we were coming and could not help us. It took several hours for us to gain any information so we’re unable to get onto the property. "My stay at the Laguardan Ocean View was excellent. I wanted to try somewhere new from where I usually stay and I was very impressed. The place is clean, quiet, comfortable security is excellent and you feel like you’re home. Just in case you’re not driving it’s also on the bus and taxi route so no problem there. Everyone is friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place for anyone to stay while visiting Jamaica, I had a great time staying here."

The owner claimed they hadn’t been paid by Expedia and refused to grant us access to the property.
