"We were celebrating our anniversary. I will say .the pictures on Expedia did not due this hotel justice. It is absolutely beautiful sitting right on the lake. The grounds are well maintained and hotel itself is immaculate. Staff were very polite. We used the pool and hot tub. Ate breakfast in the restaurant and food was delicious. Hope to return soon."

"Great location, close to lakes/stores/bars/restaurants. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Not the most clean, specifically the bathrooms/showers. Ice machine on our floor was broken too. Great room size and clean bedding/living area. Pet friendly and we brought 2 dogs that were well treated by staff and guests. Would go again, just clean it up a bit."

"The family suite was very convenient w private bathroom & terrace consisting of 2 rooms. The breakfast was amazing prepared by the host w local produce accompanied by their own grape juice and fresh brewed coffee. They were kind, generous and friendly. Definetely, an excellent option to stay while exploring the Finger Lakes area."

"This is a great place for a restful night. It was clean. It is older and the room was a little musty smelling, but it was clean with everything we needed. The breakfast was very well stocked with great variety"

"Take the time to take a tour with John The full-time on property horticulturist and botanist. An amazingly informative and inspirational Tour. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and all the staff are exceptionally nice. We were there at the end of the season and we were made aware that new staff were being trained at that time which I felt was important to be aware offor both the staff and the guests. We will do our best to return."

"Can see why this hotel is rated so high. Very clean, staff was very attentive, breakfast was good, pool was fun, jacuzzi in room was super relaxing, all at a good price. All around was a great stay, only knocks i can give are the bed is on the older side and worn, pillows are flat, and the bathroom is a bit on the small side. Would love if this gets updated but does not change my rating, but it might for others."
