Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark by IHG

Hilton Omaha
"Clean, modern, chic hotel in a convenient location and ample paid parking in the lot with in and out privileges. The bar seemed very lively in the lobby but quieted down by 11 or 12 and there was no bothersome noise in the hotel rooms."

Homewood Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Downtown
"Be aware you have to pay extra for parking. Also the area is very near to a large homeless population. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. They did have quite the oatmeal bar. But the scrambled eggs were blah. As was the sausage."
