"Staff is easy to deal with ,but the rooms need major up keep. Plugs not secured to the walls, no smoke alarm present . Window has no lock and was falling apart. Shower had good pressure but leaks heavily and no hot water to the sink."

"The breakfast was VERY basic. Only cold cereals, juice, granola bars and prepackaged muffins with coffee or tea......they could do a lot better than this. The room we got had been renovated, but the new furniture not yet installed. The bathroom was great. Nice walk in shower, new towels and hooks to hang them on. Lots of storage under the sink. Nice job!"

"We booked and paid for a double Queen room and got double beds instead. The lamp in our room was completely broken, you could lift at the shade and the entire light fixture part would lift up. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, made for charging multiple devices difficult. "
