Worth considering

Compact city centre hotel but extremely convenient and walking distance from Hsrbour Point. Check in and check out both smooth thanks to Gretchen on reception, the best hotel staff I encountered in the Philippines. Extremely good value for money and a spacious room.

Fast check-in, courteous staff. Inspect room first

My stay at Asiana Hotel started off fine with fast check-in and courteous staff. The room given to me was quite small, and because there was no window and no sunlight streaming through, the room had that not well-ventilated smell. I requested to be transferred to another room, but because it was the peak season and because of problems with the shower head in the room I will occupy, I was only transferred after four days of of my six-day stay. Wi-fi was also down. The perks though: the room I was transferred to was clean and roomy. Thank goodness there was already a table I could use for eating and for my laptop. The staff were very polite and helpful. The attached restaurant served delicious pastries.

It is a nice hotel, that needs updating. The lobby air system is either underpowered, or did not work, but overall a nice hotel. The employees are very friendly.

Ok Hotel, nice staff

The hotel is nice close to the city. The only problem is the hotel wanted to charge you for everything including extra blankets.

- The toilet floor was musty and dirty. - There was stinky smell in the toilet. - There was puddle of water after shower. - The water tap for the heater was broken. It needed to use the valve attached to heater to use hot water. In fact, the valve was not designed as a water tap. - Toilet seat was loosened. - The carpet outside the toilet was very very dirty. It was never washed for several years. - Air con remote holder was broken. - The room had no window.

Mitt i stan nära till allt.

Mycket fint ställe med tanke priset. Måste tänka på att detta ligger mitt i stan, inte utmed beachen där många utlänningar väljer att på. Mycket bra personal, bra Wi-fi och nära till SM, stort köpcentrum. Inget att klaga på.
