"Convenient location, good breakfast and staff were very pleasant and helpful"

"It was an excellent experience with amazing views from our room. Very unique adventure. We did have an issue with losing hot water in middle of a shower in the morning could not rinse off. We ordered our dinner at 3:00 to deliver to our room at 7:00, however it was not delivered until almost 8:00. For price paid there should be no issues"

"Complementary hand soap, body wash and shampoo! Amazing views from the terrace of the entire town, ruins and all!! The staff is so kind and sweet, it’s not right in the main part of town but walking 4 minutes away through the enchanting streets of Pisac is honestly wayyyy worth it!! I booked a balcony room and absolutely loved the views right from my bedroom!!! The sounds of the canals lulling you to sleep is also a major plus!"

"Everything was great staff went over and above to make out stay perfect"

"This was such a treasure of a property. The rooms had everything we needed and it was so sweet and intentional to see a little towel for multi purpose use such as dusting off shoes, etc. — the grounds were just lovely and you could feel the love and care from the staff team. Florencio is not only the groundskeeper but he also made us fresh breakfast each day. I was really impressed and plan on coming again if I have the pleasure of stopping in Ollantaytambo on the way to Machu Picchu. Highly...

"Amazing stay...very beautiful family hosting the guests and making sure all is well"

"Great location in Ollantaytambo! Hotel was great but quite noisy with other guests coming and going. Bring ear plugs and you should be fine. Bed were good with more then enough blankets to keep warm on the chilly nights."
