"The hotel was nice...Cons were: bfast didnt have proteins other than pork, patio door lock was loose, water takes a while to get hot in the morning. PROs: Wonderful inviting staff, room was very clean, sheets smelled really fresh, outside sitting area was really nice, nice size TV, most rooms have a patio, and walking distance from harborview walk"

"Our first night the ac unit mess up and bed frame and dressers had large stains. They did move us to a new right away which was way nicer and updated furniture. Overall good for families big space and everything in the kitchen is available. Pots and pans. "

"Staff was friendly. For the price and location it was great. I would stay again. The only complaint we had was the floors making our feet black no matter what we tried. My girlfriend even tried to wash the floors and it still wasn't great. Breakfast area got congested in the morning. New layout maybe in the future? So close to the harborwalk though its hard to beat! The free breakfast was a nice perk."

"Older resort right on the beach in a popular area of Destin. Good value for a kitchenette. Friendly staff. Best part for me was that they heat the pools in the offseason- very comfortable! Most other places don’t have heated pools so they are very cold until later in the year."
