"Overall, our stay was good, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy our trip to Destin. That said, I think the hotel could do a better job with cleanliness. The common areas and some parts of the hotel didn’t feel as clean as I expected. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing. During our first couple of mornings, it was fine, but by our third day they had run out of several food items, so there were very limited options available. I was expecting a more consistent breakfast experience throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant trip, but I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and keeps the breakfast better stocked for future guests."

"Did not like the check is process. Like having an actual person behind the desk. Unable to connect to wifi, but no one to ask in the office and the number listed in the room info did not connect me to anyone when I called it. The facility was clean and the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. Pool seemed well maintained."

"Our bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. Looks like they missed it. The hallway to our room is always dirty. We have to beg for new towels and they always forget to bring to our room. Tv is small and old. AC is the best. So cold. Balcony comes with chairs is a plus. Location is the reason to stay here. Price was heavy but I say was almost worth it. Staff was friendly at least thank god."
