"My only complaint is that apparently breakfast was not included in my fare and i had no noticed it was ever an issue. It was very weird being watched and questioned in the am when i went to get food but i didnt make a scene. I would of chose another hotel considering the price of the stay. Maybe not make it optional would of been better. I would probably not visit this hotel again because of this experience."
"The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. Hot tub was not working The rooms were dirty underneath the bed bathroom had damaged tub toilet seat was rough and old also water damage was on the walls. Also when I checked in they gave me the wrong room and I had to carry all my stuff back down so they can give me the right room"
"When we arrival we found hair on the face towel. The bathroom door would not close properly. The shower head had rust on it that came out when turning on the shower. One of the blankets was ripped. There was a ironing board but no iron. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. No offer to help us carry up the bags. The receptionist wasn't friendly. No smile or friendly greetings. I was so disappointed with this hotel. I will definitely not go there again. "
"Had a great time at the Longleaf. The hostess at check in was great and the check in process was very simple and streamlined. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom amenities were great, and the lounge was a perk. Loved that THC options were available as I don’t drink alcohol, they also had bingo and an amazing food truck the night I stayed and that was the cherry on top of a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again - very close to all of the fun places in downtown but just far enough away that you can sleep well without the bustling of the city. Great experience across the board. "

"Although the room was clean and the staff was okay breakfast. Unfortunately was not what I expected. I arrived nine twenty and told the breakfast area was shut down that I could get a cold sandwich if I wanted it.No thank you
In addition to my room being okay, clean. I was very unsatisfied because I did not have any body wash to use. And I did not want to use a facial bar on my body because it dries my skin out. I was also bitten by a spider while I was seeing there. I will not be returned to this hotel ever"
"Hot water was hard to get. Some times of day, mildly warm was the most one could get. The room was comfortable, but the wheelchair/ADA features were somewhat in the way. "
"The accommodations were great. The rooftop bar was amazing. Great drinks, great friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in downtown Raleigh."
"This property is SUPER GROSS AND DIRTY! Everything from the lobby, the stairs, every surface of the room..... The chair in the room was absolutely filthy, there's was sticky gunk on the sink counter, water on the bathroom floor, the room smelled so bad! There was NO BLANKET! Only an extremely thin and filthy cover. So nasty!"
