"Clean room, convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Parking was a breeze as well."

"There are comfy hangout areas and great restaurants within the hotel."

"The hotel overall was great, the room sizes good, the beds a little too hard in our opinion. We would stay here again if in Edinburgh."

"We loved our stay. Our room was beautiful, the location was great, and the staff was beyond helpful and kind!"

"exceeded all expectations - amazing (beer, food & especially the room & staff )"

"I and my wife stayed over Christmas 2018 for 3 nights. All is fine. Just too small bed. Housekeeping service always forgot to put such things as Water, Shower Gel, Shampoo into the room. Breakfast is a kind of Continental one which are just bread and cold cuts. Staffs are all nice and friendly. Hotel and Room Condition is good. Location is perfect. "

"The view was amazing. The staff were friendly. The room was stuffy and the bed was not clean. Many steps in the hotel to get around!"
