The laundry room was downright disgusting: a veritable breeding ground for bacteria. The photos on the website don’t match reality; everything is dirty and the atmosphere is unpleasant... In short, avoid this place at all costs. )"

"Horrible carpets, smelled like dog and cat piss, mold in room, barking dog, smudges and stains on sheets, mattress very hard with loud springs. When I ran the water in the sink, a dripping sound started up in the ceiling. It stopped a few seconds after I turned off the water. Just gross, smelly, felt grimy"

"Pool was closed due to repainting. No announcement of that beforehand. We would have picked a different hotel if we knew. The TV is our room did not have closed captioning a working. We tried to get help from front desk but nothing was fixed. No pool and no Tv. We had no way to entertain ourselves. I will definitely be asking for my money back."
