I had no choice but to book it at an extremely expensive price compared to other dates since I could only travel during new years. I wouldnt say the amenities were appropriate for the price I have paid but considering that it is the busiest time of the year, I understand such result. The room itself was pretty simple and the view was quite nice. It was slightly cold tho, but there’s an extra heater so it wasnt a big issue. Things I didnt like was absence of a shower in the room and a small living room/sleeping area. 3 people just fit in the room and we couldnt sit around the table once the futon was set. Otherwise the service was great and we totally loved the onsens. Lots of variety, clean, hot and great view. Overall it was good, but not worth the price I paid. I still enjoyed the stay so I’m satisfied anyways.

깔끔하고 역이랑 가까워요

하카타역이랑 걸어서 10분 안걸렷던거 같아요 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고 일단 객실이 너무 깔끔했어요 아침에 기차소리듣고 깨는것도 좋았어여 1층에 흡연실도 깨끗하고 1층에 구비되어있는 일회용 세안도구도 잘썻습니다

유후다케산 경치만으로 최고!

숙소에 들어갈 때부터 나올 때까지 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 우선 사이간쿠칸에 들어가면 체크인을 하는 동안 제공되는 말차와 떡 그리고 유후다케산 경치가 너무 좋습니다. 방은 마운틴뷰로 예약했기 때문에 유후다케 산이 잘 보이는 방을 제공해주었습니다. 방에서 보는 산 경치도 너무 멋있었습니다. 또한 가족탕, 대욕탕 모두 노천탕에서 산이 잘 보여 그야말로 힐링이 되었습니다. 정갈하게 제공되는 가이세키 도 좋았습니다. 다음에는 부모님 모시고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

已經第二次入住此酒店，住宿環境依然保持得很好，地方乾淨舒適。榻榻米的軟硬度也令人睡得很舒服。酒店更設有免費接送酒店服務。值得再去入住。

전체적으로 깔끔하고 직원분들 친절하십니다.

유후인기차역, 유후인버스터미널, 긴린호수는 차로 5분거리정도 됩니다. 픽업버스가 있어서 편하게 갈 수 있었지만 긴린호수와 주변상점 구경은 체크인 하기전에 먼저 둘러보고 가시길 추천합니다. 체크인하면 다시 나오기가 애매하니까요. 체크인하고 시간이 남으신다면 자전거 대여해서 타는 것도 추천합니다.시설 깔끔하고 직원분들 너무 친절합니다. 음식도 너무 맛있어서 다음에 또 오고 싶어요^^

모녀여행으로 만족했어요!

언니랑 엄마 생신기념으로 모시고 갔는데 만족해요! 유후다케가 보이는 방에서 자고싶었는데 풀북이라 넘 아쉬웠어요 ㅜㅠ 꼭 유후다케뷰로 예약하세요! 저는 2박을 해서 뷰가 더 아쉬웠는지도 모르겠네요. 가족탕이 2개라 경쟁이 치열하다고 하는데 저희는 아주 일찍 하거나 늦게하거나 했더니 운좋게 잘 이용했어요. 물론 2박이라 시간적 여유가 더 있었던것 같긴해요. 시내관광시 역까지 시간내에 픽업서비스가 있었는데, 날씨가 좋아서 시내 나갈때는 마을길따라 걸어갔는데 마을이 아기자기하고 걸어가는 길도 예쁘고, 차도가 아닌 골목길로 가니 역까지 생각보다 금방 걸어갔어요! 단지 돌아올때는 오르막길이라 송영서비스를 이용했구요. 이틀동안 다른 구성으로 나온 가이세키(소고기 짱맛)도 괜찮았고, 조식도 생각보다 맛있었어요. (음식이 대체적으로 짠건 어쩔수없는거같아요... 일본음식이 거진 다 짜서 ㅜㅠ) 온천은 대욕장도 괜찮았고, 가족탕 2개도 다 괜찮은데 2인 이상이시면 긴진노유탕이 편해요. 목욕용품은 물론 클렌징오일,폼,필링젤,스킨,로션 다 구비되어 있어요. 후기만 보고 너무 큰 기대만 안하면... 가격대비 너무 만족스러운 곳이에요.

2박 3일 묵었습니다. 청결도 친절도는 만점입니다. 너무 좋은 시간 잘 보냈고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 단하나, 다리가 조금 아프신 어머니, 두돌아기랑 같이 간건데 계단이 많이 조금 힘들었습니다. 온천도 계단 식당도 계단 ㅠㅠ 그렇지만 저희 상황이그래서 아쉬웠던거지 료칸자체는 아주 만족했습니다.

This hotel is beautiful and relax. There are nice outdoor public and private onsen which is not crownded. (I’m only one in public onsen). Dinner is very delicious and the beef melts in the mount. I like the living room which is very relax and nice view. They offer yukata and pajama. However, this hotel is not in the downtown and can’t walk. But, I’m not sure they offer shuttle bus or not. I drived and arrived in evening. I spend one night and checked out in the morning, then I drived to walking street in the downtown. All is impressive and relax

모든 직원분들이 영어 가능. 숙박 약 2일전 국제전화로 해피콜 및 숙박확인 전화 옵니다. 송영밴은 유후인에서 내려서 공중전화로 전화하면 10분안에 데리러 와줘요.(밴 옆에 크게 로고 써있어서 찾기 편함) 운전하시는 분은 영어 못 하시지만 전혀 문제 없습니다. (공중전화도 거스름돈을 안줘요..꼭 미리 10엔짜리 챙기세요ㅜ) 도착하면 당일 가이세키 시간、 다음날 아침 조식시간、 송영시간 선택할 수 있습니다 방은 다다미+양실 예약했는데 방온도는 천장 히터로 셀프조절가능. 저녁식사하는 동안 다다미방 상、의자 치우고 이불깔아주심 가족탕은 예약없이 방 안에 모니터로 확인후 이용가능한데 여유있었어요. 노천탕은 크기 꽤 괜찮은편 어매니티도 종류가 다양했어요. 스틴/로션 종류가 3사지라 골라쓸 수 있고 얼굴/바디각질제거、 비비크림까지 구비되있음(탈의실에 전부 다 구비되있음) 가이세키는 테이블 위 종이에 메뉴에 대한 재료 및 설명이 되어있어서 좋았구요. 식사 초반에 간단한 설명은 직원이 해줍니다. 다음날 아침은 1층 홀에서 지정석에 다같이 하는데、 통유리 너머로 유후인 산과 유후인 전경이 보이는데 멋졌어요. 부모님은 이번에 일본여행 처음인데、 전체적으로 만족하셨습니다. 음식도 입맛에 맞구요 본인은 무소엔 다음으로 갔었는데 이곳은 가격대 훌륭하다 생각합니다 . 가족끼리 가기 추천합니다.
