お値段もコスパ、大分駅から徒歩6〜7分で、別館の温泉（徒歩3分位）も楽しめて、よかったです。建物は古いです。 朝食はお弁当をもらい部屋で食べるのですが、白飯と鮭が美味しかったです。 スタッフの方も対応よくて、気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

今回初めて泊まらせて頂きました。 初め鍵の調子が悪く開かなくてフロントに行くとすぐ女性スタッフが開けてくれました。 たまに調子の悪い時がありまして…。と言いながら私が自分で開けれるように親切にコツを教えてくれました。 その事からも分かるようにホテル自体はだいぶ古いです。 ベットにコンセントが無く携帯を充電するのに不便でした。 シャワーを浴びる時に蛇口を捻ったらカランの下から水漏れがあり洗面所の方に水がチョロチョロ落ちてしまい大変でした。 設備は古いですが、スタッフさんは感じが良くてこの値段で泊まれるならありだと思いました。

トイレが狭いく段差が高い。ベッド際にコンセントなし。部屋はスペースがあるが活用できていない。その割にベッドからテレビが遠く見にくい。あとは向かいの温泉施設が夜遅かったからか、湯船に浮遊物が多かった。湯の花ではないと思う。泉質は良いが。
