Hotel Sherman Inn, a haven of luxury and historical significance, welcomed us with open arms into a realm where every detail spoke volumes about its illustrious past. Jim, the gracious owner, extended a warm greeting despite our late arrival, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. Our spacious and beautifully appointed room felt like a regal retreat, with interiors that dazzled the senses. Named after presidents who once graced Ogdensburg, each room served as a tribute to the city's rich heritage. From the grand lobby to the elegant accommodations, the entire hotel felt like a journey through time, reminiscent of a stay in a royal museum. Our experience at Hotel Sherman Inn was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving us enchanted by its charm and immersed in its captivating history.

What a unique and amazingly decorated property! Breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The tour and history lesson were very informative and interesting. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was so unique and you can tell the owners have a lot of pride in the property. The rooms are clean and large for a family of 4 with 2 adult teenagers and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely a gem if you are looking for a unique stay. We would absolutely stay again

A unique inn. Focused on past American Presidents. A joy to be there taking in all the history. Jim and Donna were the most amiable people, at times going out of their way to satisfy my needs! Delicious breakfasts.

My stay in the Sherman Inn was fantastic. Jim & Donna are exceptionally kind, are fantastic hosts, and have a deep knowledge & appreciation for the area and its history, which they share enthusiastically. The building (a converted school) and rooms are very engaging and relaxing. A very comfortable bed, spacious suite, and a delicious breakfast! This trip was for work, but based on the quality of The Sherman Inn, my wife and I are planning a return trip.

Sherman Inn is the best!!! The rooms are spacious, beautiful and full of history. Hosts are very welcoming and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious. There are lots of little perks that make you feel welcomed and very comfortable. Highly recommend checking it out.
