"Great place, super clean and easy to find/check-in. The staff was very polite and responsive. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to use the utilities, plus the good-quality coffee - the umbrella came in super handy. Having on-site laundry was very helpful as well! I would definitely love to stay here again and highly suggest it for anybody staying for a couple weeks to a month."

"The location was terrific and the staff was very nice the 24 hrs we were there. There were 2 notable things: the fitness room was not well equipped(no yoga mats, small room, few machines) and our AC was not working. When we reported that to the front desk when we returned from dinner- the front desk associate told us they no longer had a maintenance crew and that he would be up to reset it. He did, in fact, come up to reset it, but that was not effective. So we were uncomfortable all night....

"The St Regis was better than expected, especially being in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The location was perfect for getting around and walking to just about everywhere. "The location was amazing. We walked along the ocean with a great view of the mountains every morning. It was in front of the cruise stop so there was an influx of arrivals here and there but it was still very calm. The cleaning staff was excellent, they were always very friendly and attentive.
