Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The place was clean. Right on the beach. They were remodeling, that’s why I rated it 4 out of 5. The check-in process was quick with the service being friendly and helpful. We needed help with the TV, and they sent someone right away.

Comfort Inn Gold Coast
Hot tub and pool could be a little warmer. Staff was great. Overall property looks clean, but aged. Like it hasn't had a makeover in several decades. Pretty good value though..... cheapest rate we could find in town for king bed and pool/hot tub....
