"Everything was amazing, the food the room and the service. One very minor flaw. On our second and last morning I didn't fancy another of the pubs excellent full English breakfast so asked for porridges and a sausage bap. I was told that I was only allowed one item off the menu even though I feel the cost of my preference was less. The waiter offered to go and enquire if my request could be granted but I refused his offer saying I would go for the full breakfast which he said "was probably best""

"Plenty of parking available. Beautifully comfortable room, with excellent shower and separate bath."

"The hotel is very quirky , liked the continental breakast provided in the bedroom . Proprietor was very helpful and friendly . Good parking available ."

"The staff were lovely and couldn't have been better. Our room had a bathroom across the hall which opened with a key. A little strange and not great for a 3am wee. We ate here and the food was ok."
