"I stayed here for 3 days and not once did they clean my room. When I asked for cleaning, the staff gave me attitude instead of assistance. The room keys barely worked and had to be reactivated multiple times. No pool as advertised, the elevator was out of service, and none of the ice machines were working. Just one issue after another. I definitely would not recommend this place."
