Better to Confirm even after paid

We Booked this Bungalow and finally and Last moment this Bungalow Management sent us an email that they are already booked , So After anyone booked this Bungalow , don't forget to call or mail them and confirm or else you all need to suffer on the road as us till hotels.com solve the issue
